The cornerstone of FINANZINVEST Group was laid by Dieter Hoffmann-Unzog in 1995 with a company which specialized in asset management and credit brokerage. In the course of the years, a number of companies were added, primarily in the fields of service industry and real estate. The focus of the Group has gradually moved towards financial services for businesses, the acquisition of companies and the real estate industry.
The focus lies on the provision of core competences for the own investments, as well as selected services for third parties.
The management as well as the strategic positioning of FINANZINVEST Group is determined in the core holding companies by the Hoffmann-Unzog family. FINANZINVEST Group views itself as a long-term service partner for businesses (focused on financial management and business consulting) and as an investor in real estate and company shareholdings, with the personal commitment of the Hoffmann-Unzog family playing an important role in its fields of core competences. The foundation of the consultancy work, provided by FINANZINVEST Unternehmensberatung GmbH, is the long-term entrepreneurial experience in various business fields, especially the restoration and restructuring of companies.

Due to the long-term experience in the field of asset management, FINANZINVEST Group’s involvement was extended to include direct investments, allowing personal influence to direct the development of the investment. This concerns both the acquisition of shareholdings as well as real estate. Currently the Hoffmann-Unzog familiy invests amongst others in technology, trading and agriculture (in particular Weingut Schloss Halbturn).
Weingut Schloss Halbturn represents château | history | tradition | quality | emotion and stands for high-quality, matured wines from Burgenland. Weingut Schloss Halbturn offers wine affine epicureans, red wines ready for consumption. This assumes that the wines are introduced only five years after the harvest to the market and thus had ample time to develop for a first drinking experience.
